About the Author
Gary Rogers is an accomplished Executive Chef with more than 25 years’ experience across Ireland and Australia’s leading five-star hotels and restaurants. His career has included senior culinary roles at SKYCITY in Darwin, Lyrath Estate in Kilkenny and the Conrad Dublin. In 2021, Gary joined Carton House as Executive Chef, overseeing its diverse culinary offering, including The Morrison Room, Kathleen’s Kitchen and The Carriage House. In recognition of his leadership and contribution to the hospitality industry, he was named Irish Hospitality Institute Executive Head Chef of the Year in 2022.
